It’s about finding your place and exploring your full potential. Our team is big enough to thrive in, small enough to feel at home, and full of all the opportunities we need to be at our best – every day. We’re privately owned, constantly growing, and endlessly ambitious.

We've received multiple awards and recognition of being an outstanding place to work, including achieving a 3* Best Companies rating (world class levels of engagement) and being a Top 5 Consultancy to Work For in the UK so you can rest assured that we've got your best interests at heart.

B-Corp

In 2023, Oakland achieved a B Corporation (B Corp) certification, recognising our commitment to sustainability and positive social impact.

We have joined a select group of companies around the world who have decided to prioritise the environment and the communities they operate in. The certification is a roadmap for improvement, driving continuous progress towards sustainable and socially responsible practices. B Corps are companies verified by B Lab to meet exceptionally high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

Out of 150,000 companies in the UK with more than 10 employees, less than 1% have embraced the ambition to become a B Corp. We are now part of that 1%.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and sales processes.
  • Maintain internal bid library with up-to-date information and proposals.
