Maternity Leave
16 weeks at full pay, followed by 10 weeks at half pay, so you can focus on your family without the stress.
Flexibility
We know life doesn’t stick to a 9-to-5 schedule, so we offer hybrid working and flexibility for school drop-offs, medical appointments, or simply being there for your family when it matters most. Our guidance is to be in the office, or with clients, 2 days per week (or more if you wish!).
New Parent Leave
2 weeks at full pay, plus 2 weeks at half pay, giving you the time you need to bond with your new arrival.
Shared Parental Leave
2 weeks at full pay, followed by 2 weeks at half pay, for parents who want to share caregiving responsibilities.
