Hannah
Head of Operations
Maximiser of her holiday allowance, Hannah can usually be found somewhere exotic with a margarita in hand. There is no-one better to give holiday recommendations for every budget! Hannah is also one of Oakland’s resident foodies and can be relied upon to have tried the latest Leeds openings.
Head of Sales
Jeff has worked in data and analytics for nearly 25 years, supporting businesses across multiple sectors including Energy, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Mining, Media, and Public Sector. Jeff specialises in helping organisations architect and plan change leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, and has spoken extensively on the impacts of people and behaviour on data. Jeff lives in York with his wife and two daughters, and is an avid cook in his spare time.

Gets to lead and support a great team doing vital work for our clients – the best job in the world! Richard loves learning from his wonderful family (and is partial to a bit of sailing and skiing!)

Rob puts the O into Oakland! Living close to the Moors he can be found walking Clifford the dog and listening to podcasts. A fact that not many know is Rob loves to build things, and is a meticulous stickler for precision (not such a surprise!)

Chris also runs Oaklands Microsoft Partnership, so makes sure our people and business are experts in what they do. Chris spends his time outside of work trying to cycle his bike long distances, and looking after his three daughters.
