At the CQI Annual Conference on 13th April 2016 we showcased the launch of our research and education division, The Oakland Institute for Business Research and Education. The Institute was founded by our Chairman, Professor John Oakland in 2015 in the 30th year of Oakland. It continues the work of the highly respected European Centre for Business Excellence keeping members at the frontiers of knowledge in the field. All our team contribute to the work of the Oakland Institute, making sure that we can offer specialist knowledge across a full range of quality and organisational excellence issues.
The Institute aims to carry out pragmatic research and education in the field of quality and operational excellence, sharing it with you to build the innovation which is crucial to the success of any organisation. All our latest research findings will be published so that you can keep up to date and consider any implications for your own organisation.
